Religious Tourism Information and Communication Technology (MIT) Macro Management Plan
The plan is to integrate MIT’s Religious Tourism Information and Communication Technology (MIT) metrics into access to macro-management information and solutions and to provide a targeted and inexpensive tourism based religious tourism plan and to integrate the religious tourism economy. To provide a practical overview of the value of pilgrimage and tourism and to provide a cheap and purposeful religious tourism style, utilized by experienced and knowledgeable religious tourism practitioners and officials in the field of tourism and culture. The overall goals of the project include:
The possibility of metropolitan planning and religious tourism
۲- Ability to manage tourist arrivals and system organization
۲- Possibility to manage the tourist entrance to religious and cultural areas and its estimation
۲- Assisting in managing and organizing multi-day travel couriers (to trustee organizations)
۲- Reconstructing the Mental Image and Introducing Mashhad as the Religious Tourism Metropolis of the Islamic World
Introducing and highlighting urban capacities (promoting the utilization of environmental, physical and popular capacities of Mashhad)
Preparation of a system for holding cultural, religious and tourism meetings and events
The possibility of eliminating the broker of religious tourism and providing facilities to tourists
Supporting the private sector
Employment
Use of Municipal Investment Funds and Astan Quds Razavi
Electronic processes, speeding up processes
Creating a proprietary and comprehensive database

Providing statistics and information for tourists on the electronic platform

These goals can be achieved by providing – Smart Portal 2 – Smart Card 2 – Required Hardware System (POS) which is fully based on native technology and Iranian knowledge.

A- Credit or repayment (from the private sector)
(B) Granting technical and expert assistance by the project support team
C- Use of cultural tariffs and tax exemptions
D. Access to relevant cultural stores and service centers such as restaurants, hotels, historic sites, etc.
E) Government subsidies to the general public
And – Private sector organization
(G) Performing the necessary administrative and legal measures and coordination in order to benefit private museums from the support capacities of other municipal administrative and management bodies.
In this plan, incentives and competitive elements are also used to continue to implement and meet financial needs.
